Academic and Personal Development Coach Is Helping To Build Healthy And Successful Families

Marie Magdala Roker is a Family Coach and Certified Breakthrough Parenting Instructor who believes in "No Family Left Behind". When her own family had to deal with her husband's deployment to Iraq for a year, Ms. Roker ensured that her family was supported emotionally, spiritually and academically.

"Smart Bee Coaching was born out of my passion to help parents problem solve and find solutions and students to achieve greater scholastic achievements", says Ms. Roker. "I wanted to develop a coaching program that is sensitive to the needs of both parents and their children", she adds.

Ms. Roker developed a coaching program that addresses the personal development and academic needs of pre-teens, teens, and college students. According to Ms. Roker, "Academic coaching goes beyond tutoring because it helps students to develop effective studying and test taking strategies, set and achieve goals, and improve social and academic balance."

For parents, Ms. Roker offers Breakthrough Parenting Classes and coaching sessions to help reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm and overcome the daily struggles of parenting.

So what does Smart Bee Coaching LLC offer to clients? Aside from paid 1 on 1 coaching sessions and group coaching sessions, Smart Bee Coaching LLC offers free assessments, free 15 minute coaching sessions every Monday, free MAPP assessments for students, a free message board, and free monthly group sessions.

"I have designed my coaching sessions to be flexible and convenient for my clients", says Ms. Roker. Coaching sessions are 160 minutes per month (by phone, email or instant messenger) to be used at the client's discretion. Ms. Roker also offers scholarships to teens and young adults who are responsible for paying for their coaching sessions.

Smart Bee Coaching LLC also offers teleclasses and has special clubs for military families and moms who are business travelers.
